Simona Busuioc is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in managing international HR teams, implementing HR systems, and driving change management strategies. Currently serving as HR Transformation Manager at EveryMatrix since December 2014, Simona has overseen a diverse team of over 20 HR personnel across multiple countries and has led significant HR initiatives such as budgeting, compliance, and employee engagement.
