Tiberiu Nicolae

Tiberiu Nicolae currently serves as the Head of Commercial Operations at EveryMatrix since December 2015, where responsibilities include managing CRM implementation, sales funnel management, new market entry strategies, and setting commercial KPIs. Prior to this, Tiberiu held various roles at Pragmatic Play from April 2012 to August 2015, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM Project Manager & Reporting Specialist, Account Manager, Technical Support Team Lead, and Technical Support Specialist. Tiberiu began their career as an IT Helpdesk Analyst at miniMAX DISCOUNT from August 2011 to January 2012. Tiberiu obtained a degree from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, graduating in 2012, and completed secondary education at “Mihai Viteazul” National College in 2008.
