Previously held roles at Site X included Coordinator of Support and Mid-Level Support Analyst, where Mayra structured support operations, facilitated user training, and managed multi-country support across Latin America. Mayra holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from FIAP and a Technical degree in Systems Development from Fundação Instituto Tecnológico de Osasco.
