Renan Costa is a Functional Analyst at Everymind, responsible for managing the implementation and maintenance of B2C Demandware Commerce, Sales, and Service Cloud platforms, while also creating functional solutions and documentation. Previously, Renan held the role of Success Guide at Salesforce, overseeing the implementation of Commerce Marketplace and providing client training, as well as managing project expectations and team allocations. Renan's experience also includes positions as a Customer Success Analyst at Atonit, focusing on Marketplace projects, and as an E-commerce Assistant at Infracommerce and Netshop, where support was provided for various brands' e-commerce strategies and platform improvements. Currently pursuing a degree in Technology: Analysis and Development of Systems at Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes, expected to graduate in 2025.
