Nikki Smith is currently the Diving Manager at Ponds Forge International Sports Centre with Everyone Active, a role they have held since 2025. In addition to their managerial position, Nikki serves as a Committee Member for the City of Sheffield Diving Community Amateur Sports Club and is the Technical Lead for the Swim England North East Region Diving Leadership Group. Nikki has extensive experience in coaching, having worked as a Diving Manager and Coach at Sheffield Diving Limited from 2013 to 2025, and as the Lead Diving Coach for Sheffield City Council from 2000 to 2009. They hold a BSc (Honours) in Sport Development and Coaching from Sheffield Hallam University, where they achieved First Class Honours.
