Sarah Forrest is an experienced consultant coach at Durham University Taekwondo since September 2011, where responsibilities include supporting the coaching team and developing participation and elite pathways. As Head of PE, Enrichment, and Careers at Christ’s College Sunderland since September 2019, Sarah combines roles as a PE and secondary science teacher with a focus on enriching student experiences. Additional teaching experience includes roles as a secondary teacher at St. Anthony's Girls' Catholic Academy and sports coaching with Team Durham. Sarah holds a PGCE in Secondary PE from St Mary’s University and a first-class BSc in Applied Sport and Exercise Science with Coaching from Northumbria University.
