Shane Smith

Shane Smith is an experienced swimming coach and general manager with a diverse background in swimming and recreational facility management. Currently, Shane serves as a Swimming Coach at Dunmow Atlantis Swimming Club since March 2024, focusing on coaching County and Regional swimmers in the Age Group Gold category. In addition, Shane has held multiple roles at Everyone Active - SLM from January 2019 to the present, including General Manager, Operations Manager, and Duty Manager. Previous positions include Assistant General Manager at Oxygen Freejumping, various management roles at Everyone Active - SLM from July 2016 to October 2018, and a Duty Manager position at Impulse Leisure from September 2014 to July 2016. Shane's career began at Barking and Dagenham from May 2011 to September 2014, serving as a Swimming Teacher, Swimming Coach, and Lifeguard.
