With over 30 years experience managing local authority leisure contracts and with over 200 managed sites, our company is the longest established in the UK. We currently work in partnership with 60 local authorities who are all focused on delivering the best service to their communities and they trust us to be a part of their team. Why?

The Operations Team at Everyone Active - SLM is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the company's managed leisure sites, ensuring service quality and operational efficiency. This includes coordinating with local authority partners to align with specific leisure strategies, managing fitness programs, facility maintenance, sales efforts, and customer service. The team focuses on increasing community participation, providing excellent value, and fostering colleague development to deliver consistent, high-quality services at a local level.
