Maxime Monnin has extensive experience in research and development, particularly in predictive maintenance and analytics software. Beginning a career as a PhD researcher at Université de Valenciennes et du Hainaut-Cambrésis, Maxime contributed to projects funded by the French Procurement Agency in collaboration with NEXTER System. Following a stint as an Assistant Professor at Université de Lorraine, Maxime worked at PREDICT as an R&D Engineer, developing industrial prognostics software, before advancing to R&D Manager, managing international collaborative research projects.
