Sommer Emery

Sommer Emery is a highly skilled professional with over 10 years of expertise in real estate operations and transaction management. Currently serving as the Head of Transaction Management at EveryState and a Senior Transaction Manager since 2019 at IDEAL Realty, Sommer has successfully managed the contract-to-closing process for over 500 homes in the Charlotte/Raleigh markets. Before this, they facilitated the acquisition and disposition of more than 2,000 homes across various states while working with major institutional investor groups. Sommer also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
