Lyn Jenkins is an Educational Consultant at the Iowa Department of Education, focusing on Health and Physical Education programs in Iowa schools. Additionally, Lyn works as a Community Health 5-2-1-0 Coordinator at EveryStep, promoting healthy behaviors and environments in specific counties. Prior to these roles, Lyn served as a Teaching Artist at the After School Arts Program, and as a Nutrition Education Specialist at Des Moines Public Schools. With a Master of Public Health from Des Moines University and degrees in Health & Human Performance and Human Services, Lyn is dedicated to improving health and wellness in education and communities.
