Tray Wade

Tray Wade has a vast work experience in the healthcare industry. In 2004, they began their career as the Chief Operating Officer at HCI Care Services and Visiting Nurse Services of Iowa, where they held various leadership roles for over ten years. During their time there, they developed and implemented strategic plans, expanded service lines, and focused on patient quality and satisfaction. In 2016, Tray Wade became the President and CEO of EveryStep, a healthcare organization specializing in hospice, home care, mental health, maternal child health, and human services. Tray successfully oversaw merger and acquisition opportunities and developed leaders within the organization. Tray Wade also served as the Chair of the Board of Trustees at Dallas County Hospital from 2016 to 2021. Additionally, they were a member of the Board of Directors at Amanda The Panda from 2009 to 2012. Tray Wade's educational background includes being a student at Des Moines University from 2005 to 2008.

Tray Wade obtained a Master of Healthcare Administration degree from Des Moines University between the years 2005 and 2008. Prior to that, from 1997 to 1999, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling/Counselor at the University of Iowa.
