Ellen Decker, MBA, is a Talent Management Consultant with a strong ethical foundation and a process-oriented approach to management. Currently serving as President of NobleVision Human Capital, Inc. since 2007, they focus on talent acquisition, development, and retention. As an Authorized Partner and Certified Facilitator for Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, Ellen leverages extensive expertise to enhance team effectiveness and leadership development. Previously, they held significant roles at Woodland Management, Inc. and INB (now Chase), where they managed various operational and personnel issues. Ellen is pursuing both a B.S. in Finance and an MBA from the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
