Andrew Walker currently serves as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager at everywhen since May 2023. Prior to this role, Andrew was the Network Co-Chair for LEAD Network Europe, a non-profit organization focused on inclusion and gender equality in the European Retail and Consumer Products industry. From January 2018 to May 2023, Andrew held the position of People Operations Manager at Waitrose & Partners, where responsibilities included overseeing People Functions and leading DEI initiatives at a large distribution site. Andrew's career also includes various managerial roles at Waitrose & Partners and John Lewis, along with early experiences in customer service at Chessington World of Adventures and Asda. Andrew completed education at Nescot College and Hinchley Wood School.
