Andy Samuel is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in driving innovation and operational efficiency across various sectors, including insurance, fintech, and customer experience solutions. Currently serving as Technology Director, CIO, and CTO at Ardonagh Advisory since April 2024, Andy leads technology strategies for health, protection, and employee benefits. Previous roles include Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Vizolution, where Andy specialized in enhancing customer experience through digital tools, and Chief Technology Officer at Delio, managing engineering operations and team expansion. With a strong background in engineering leadership and strategic integration, Andy has also contributed to organizations such as Alcumus, Target Group, Iron Mountain, Airbus, Alcatel-Lucent, and Virgin Media. Academic credentials include an Executive MBA from the University of Warwick and a Master’s degree in Computer Software Engineering from Cardiff University.
