Joe Conway

Joe Conway is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and distribution management within the insurance sector. Currently serving as Managing Director of Broker Distribution and M&A Director at Ardonagh Advisory since January 2022, Joe leads the acquisition team through all phases of the acquisition process. In a voluntary capacity, Joe also holds the position of Non-Executive Director at Norfolk County Football Association, managing commercial efforts since July 2019. Prior experience includes over 17 years at Aviva, where Joe held various leadership roles, including Group Innovation Project Lead, Strategic Distribution Manager, and Key Account Manager, contributing to significant growth and successful partnership negotiations. Joe Conway holds an MSc in Business Management and a BA (Hons) in Modern History from the University of East Anglia.
