Phil Morris

Phil Morris is a seasoned manager with nearly two decades of experience in the Finance and Insurance sectors, currently serving as the Head of Office at Everywhen since 2025. Previously, Phil held various roles at Towergate Insurance Brokers, culminating in the position of Area Operations Manager from 2022 to 2024, and led Berkeley Alexander Insurance Services as the Head from 1999 to 2005. Phil has demonstrated expertise in project delivery, operational management, and team leadership, earning multiple promotions throughout their career. With a strategic approach to problem-solving and a commitment to accountability, Phil has successfully fostered collaboration across all levels of the business. Phil holds A Levels from Haywards Heath College and multiple GCSEs from Oakmeeds Community School.
