Chuck Teubner has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Chuck co-founded Everywhere Communications in 2017, where they served as the Director and Investor. Everywhere Communications specializes in providing dual mode cellular and satellite communications to enterprise and government customers.

In 2017, Chuck also joined Mindshare Inc. as a Board Member and Investment Committee Member. Mindshare is an exclusive network of CEOs from emerging technology companies, focused on fostering collaboration and entrepreneurship.

From 2013 to 2017, Chuck was the Executive Chairman of SpringCM, a pioneer in Cloud Content Services. Chuck spearheaded operational turnaround efforts, refining target markets, focusing demand generation initiatives, and expanding the Salesforce partnership. DocuSign recognized the strategic value of SpringCM and acquired the company.

Chuck's experience in the security software industry includes serving as a Board Director at Perceptics LLC from 2014 to 2017. Perceptics is known for its accurate license plate recognition products used in various critical applications.

In 2006, Chuck held the position of Non-Executive Chairman at Telular AMETEK (formerly known as SkyBitz). SkyBitz was a leading satellite asset management company, providing real-time information for mobile assets in various sectors.

As the CEO and Chairman of VidSys, Inc. from 2006 to 2011, Chuck played a crucial role in creating the new software category of PSIM (Physical Security Information Management). This category revolutionized the design and implementation of physical security systems.

From 2004 to 2006, Chuck served as the CEO and Chairman at Novell (formerly e-Security). Chuck led the turnaround of a venture-backed cybersecurity start-up, positioning it as a technology leader in the Security Event Management space.

Chuck's career also includes their role as the President and COO at Groove Networks, a collaboration software company founded by Ray Ozzie. Groove Networks was acquired by Microsoft and its product was integrated into Office and SharePoint.

During the booming dotcom era, Chuck was the COO at USinternetworking, where they created the Application Service Provider (ASP) category, a precursor to Software as a Service (SaaS) and Cloud Computing.

Throughout their career, Chuck has demonstrated expertise in operational turnarounds, leadership advisory, and building strong networks within the technology industry.
