Justin Weil

Justin Weil is a results-driven electric vehicle (EV) charging leader currently serving as Vice President of Deployment at EVgo. With a proven track record of exceeding growth and efficiency targets, Justin has held various leadership roles, including Founder/CEO of SunWater Solar and President of Adroit Energy, where they significantly expanded team size and revenue. Their earlier experience includes managing Supercharger deployment for Tesla across the East Coast and overseeing the solar thermal department at Sun Light and Power. Justin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Investigative Journalism with a Minor in International Relations from San Francisco State University.
