Melissa A. has extensive experience in customer operations and support within the EV charging sector, serving as Customer Operations Manager and previously in roles such as Customer Care Supervisor and Customer Care Specialist at EVgo since July 2017. Prior to joining EVgo, Melissa worked at Fox Valley Technical College as an Associate/Subject Matter Expert, providing nationwide support for law enforcement training events. Additional experience includes serving as a Program Assistant at the Tribal Law and Policy Institute and as an Administrative Assistant at the University of North Dakota’s Tribal Judicial Institute. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Dakota and has earned a Word Processing Certificate from Northwest Technical College.
