Mitch MacHann

Mitch Machann has a strong background in legal roles, with their most recent position being Director Legal at EVgo starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Corporate Counsel at Axiom from 2021 to 2022, providing legal support for contract reviews and negotiations. Mitch also has experience as the Head of Legal - Americas at Rotork, where they handled all legal matters for the company in the region. Before joining Rotork, they were a Senior Legal Counsel at Stolt-Nielsen USA, Inc., providing legal support to the company's primary business segments. Mitch's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Associate at Blank Rome LLP, an Associate/Senior Associate at BELL, RYNIKER & LETOURNEAU, an Associate Attorney at Tucker, Taunton, Snyder & Slade, and a Contract Attorney at Fleming & Associates, L.L.P.

Mitch Machann attended Baylor University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Political Science. Mitch then went on to attend the University of Houston Law Center from 1999 to 2002 and obtained a Juris Doctor degree.
