Romic Aevaz

Romic Aevaz is a seasoned professional specializing in public policy and infrastructure deployment, currently serving as a Senior Associate at EVgo since May 2022. In this role, Romic leads initiatives at the convergence of permitting, land use, and regulatory engagement, while also advancing project lifecycle management across high-barrier markets. Previously, Romic contributed to public policy at EVgo and served as a Policy Analyst at the Eno Center for Transportation, where research on transportation policies was conducted. Additional experience includes roles at The Brookings Institution, the City of Austin, and the City of Sugar Land, demonstrating a strong foundation in urban planning and policy analysis. Romic holds a Bachelor's Degree in Government from The University of Texas at Austin and has undertaken studies at the Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen.
