Sara currently holds the position of SVP, Market Development, Public Policy, & External Affairs at EVgo, where they lead the team responsible for driving transportation electrification efforts across the U.S. Prior to this, they served as Vice President, Market Development & Public Policy at EVgo, where they played a crucial role in accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles through collaboration with public utilities commissions and elected officials.
Before joining EVgo, Sara founded SLR Strategies, a consulting firm focused on cleantech policy and market strategy. During their tenure at SLR Strategies, they worked on various projects including renewable energy and storage development, grant development for electric vehicle charging, and content development for solar energy publications.
Additionally, Sara has worked at Sol Systems as Director, Policy & New Markets, where they were responsible for monitoring and influencing regulatory and energy policy developments. Prior to that, they served in roles such as Senior Associate and Associate at Sol Systems.
