Tracy Sam

Tracy Sam has a diverse work experience in IT compliance and management. Tracy is currently working as a Director of IT Compliance at EVgo, where they are responsible for developing and maintaining the IT compliance program. Prior to joining EVgo, Tracy worked as a Senior Manager of IT Controls & Compliance at Cornerstone OnDemand, where they managed the IT SOX program and led system implementations and controls integration efforts. Tracy also held the position of Internal Audit IT Manager at TrueCar, Inc., where they led the IT SOX readiness program and facilitated a successful integrated audit. Tracy's experience also includes roles at Warner Bros. Entertainment, Protiviti, and Crowe Horwath, LLP, where they focused on IT business process improvement, financial compliance, and technology consulting.

Tracy Sam graduated from California State University, Northridge in 2003 with a degree in Information Systems specializing in Business Administration. In 2008, Tracy obtained the Certified Information Systems Auditor® (CISA) certification from ISACA. In 2020, Tracy obtained the Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM) certification, also from ISACA. Tracy's most recent certification is the Certified in Governance, Risk and Compliance (CGRC) which was obtained in June 2023 from (ISC)².
