Ryan started their career at Medix Staffing Solutions as an Account Executive, where they developed territory plans, built networks, and negotiated contracts. Ryan then moved on to Assurant Employee Benefits as a Sales Rep, specializing in employee benefits and services. At Mohawk Industries, they served as an Account Executive, targeting various sectors for new business and managing existing accounts. Ryan then worked at Western Dental as a Sales Executive, promoting the expansion of the Employee Benefit Division and providing hands-on customer service.
