Emily Staub

Emily Staub has extensive experience in genetic counseling and research support. Currently serving as a Genetic Counseling Assistant at University of Iowa Health Care, Emily aids a team of genetic counselors with various tasks, including triaging referrals and coordinating appointments. Previous roles at Purdue University include mentoring students as an Office of Undergraduate Research Ambassador and conducting research as a Lab Assistant in the Relationships and Health Lab. Additional experience includes positions at Dunkin' Brands and Aramark, as well as crisis counseling with Crisis Text Line. Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in Genetics from Purdue University and has completed relevant internships in healthcare and agricultural research.
