Erwin Velez

Erwin Velez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data management and business intelligence. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Data Acquisition at eviCore Healthcare since November 2016, Velez leads analytics engineering delivery teams and oversees the implementation of enterprise data management strategy within a "lake house" environment. Previous roles at Healthways include Director of Decision Support, where Velez managed the development of data warehouse solutions and directed a team in creating critical business applications, as well as Manager of Reporting and Senior Healthcare Analyst, focusing on reporting and analytics for major clients. Velez holds an MBA in Computer Information Systems from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and a B.A. in Systems Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo.
