Lorena Laisi, RACR, serves as a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner at AdventHealth since January 2018 and has been involved with eviCore healthcare as a Clinical Recruiter on a contract basis since July 2017. With a strong background in physician recruitment, Laisi has previously worked as a Physician Recruiter at New Roots Solutions LLC and Health First, the largest healthcare provider in Brevard County, where responsibilities included candidate selection and community outreach. Laisi also held roles in surgical services account management and physician relations. A graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Laisi has demonstrated a commitment to advancing healthcare outcomes and fostering effective talent acquisition strategies throughout a diverse career in the healthcare sector.
