Rachel Smith

Rachel Smith has diverse work experience in various industries. Rachel started their career at J&J Worldwide Services as a Human Resource Coordinator in May 2013 and later became a Quality Control Manager in September 2013. Rachel then transitioned to eviCore healthcare, where they worked as an Outreach Educator from August 2017 to September 2018. Following this, they took on roles as a Human Resource Operations Analyst from September 2018 to November 2020, a Product Operations Liaison from November 2020 to September 2021, and a Senior Operations Analyst from September 2021 to April 2023. Currently, Rachel holds the position of Lead Operations Analyst at eviCore healthcare, starting in April 2023. In addition to their corporate roles, they also worked as a Kickboxing Instructor at 9Round Fitness from March 2017 to December 2017.

Rachel Smith obtained an Associate's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the International Sports Science Association in 2018. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business/Project Management from Capella University, which they are expected to complete by 2023. Additionally, Rachel has obtained various certifications, including Project Management (PM1001) from Sophia Learning in 2021 and Certified Diversity Recruiter from AIRS powered by ADP in 2019. Rachel has also completed multiple courses and trainings from LinkedIn, covering topics such as executive presence, interview skills, human resources, and team dynamics.
