Randy Landrum

Randy Landrum has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Randy started their career at Cox Enterprises - Manheim Auctions, where they served as an IT Director for over a decade. Following that, they ventured into entrepreneurship, working as the Owner and Principal of Five By Five Technologies. Randy then joined QBE North America, where they held various roles including Senior Infrastructure Project Manager and AVP Service Delivery Systems - Enterprise Systems. Randy was responsible for leading teams and coordinating IT infrastructure activities. Later, they worked as an IT Infrastructure Program Manager at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC. Currently, Randy is employed at eviCore healthcare as the IT Director - Infrastructure and Agile Product Owner. Randy'sresponsibilities include leading efforts to streamline the IT service and support organization and serving as the Agile Product Owner for the Internal User Experience.

Randy Landrum's education history includes attending Control Data Institute, where they studied Information Technology. In addition to their formal education, Randy has obtained several certifications including Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (ACSPO) from Scrum Alliance in 2020, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in 2019, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in 2019, and ITIL V3 from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2014.
