Sofie Bille

Sofie Bille is a strategic HSE and wellbeing leader with extensive experience in human resources and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management. Sofie has held various roles, including Human Resource Consultant at Telia Danmark and HR Coordinator at A.P. Møller Maersk, where they contributed to legal compliance and workplace safety initiatives. They have led teams in roles at Ørsted, focusing on integrating human factors into quality and safety processes, and currently serve as QHSSE Lead at Evida. With a background in international relations from the Amman Center for Human Rights Studies, Sofie continues to bridge the gap between health, safety, and human resources in creating safe and engaging workplaces.
