Mark Simak is currently a Principal and Practice Lead of Organizational Change Management at Eviden. Previously, Mark held roles including Manager of IT Change Management at Sidley Austin LLP and served as a Healthcare Operations Intern at Direct Supply, Inc. Mark has extensive experience in change management, having led various initiatives at Maven Wave, an Atos Company, where they also spearheaded Wavelength, an employee resource group for LGBTQ+ colleagues and allies. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations and Supply Chain Management and Marketing from Marquette University, along with a study abroad experience at Universiteit Antwerpen focused on European Union Business Strategy.
