Ruben Conner

Ruben Conner is an accomplished public health professional with extensive experience in global health program management and epidemiology. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Evidence Action, Ruben provides technical leadership for global health initiatives and supervises data-driven decision-making processes. Previously held roles include Technical Advisor at Palladium, where Ruben oversaw a significant USAID-funded COVID-19 portfolio and initiated projects addressing vaccine hesitancy in Nigeria, and an Extended Term Consultant at the World Bank Group, where Ruben developed impact evaluation strategies for health financing projects. With earlier positions at organizations such as Médecins Sans Frontières and PATH, Ruben has consistently demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale health interventions, data analysis, and operations within complex environments. Ruben is pursuing a Doctorate of Public Health at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, complementing a strong educational foundation with a Bachelor's degree in Public Health/Economics and a Master's in Global Health from the University of Washington.
