With extensive experience as a contracted expert witness in law enforcement standards of care, Daniel has contributed to cases nationwide. Daniel's leadership roles include City Manager of Burns, Oregon, and Chief of Police in Winslow and St. Johns, Arizona. As a foundational member and Vice Chairman of the Arizona Law Enforcement Accreditation Program Commission, Daniel has influenced accreditation processes across the state.
