Alex Inch

Alex Inch is a data scientist currently employed at Evident since March 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Index Lead at Tortoise Media from August 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities involved leading benchmarks such as Tortoise's Global AI Index, Better Food Index, and Responsibility100. Alex also held a data scientist position focusing on the 2021 updates of the Global AI Index and Responsibility100 Index during the same period. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Physics from the University of Oxford and an accelerated Chinese course at Beijing Language and Culture University. Additional experience encompasses roles as a Data Science Student at Le Wagon, a volunteer at African Revival, an intern at Metaswitch Networks, and an English Teacher at Qiaoxiang Foreign Languages School.
