Patrick Morton is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Evident since August 2024 and as an Operations Advisor at Uptime Labs since January 2022. At Uptime Labs, Patrick actively builds processes and tools to support scalable business operations. Previously, Patrick held various leadership positions at WeShape from July 2020 to August 2024, overseeing a multidisciplinary team and enhancing operational efficiency in a consultancy environment. Additionally, Patrick served as an Operations Advisor and Investor at Loop Not Luck, focusing on improving social mobility for diverse talent. As a Co-Organiser for London Tech Leaders, Patrick contributed to fostering connections among technology executives. Early career experiences included roles as a Development Consultant at La Fosse Associates and Talent Acquisition Partner at Poq, along with military training as a Platoon Commander in the Wales University Officer Training Corps. Patrick graduated from Aberystwyth University with a degree in International Politics and Intelligence Studies.
