Dustin Carroll has been working in the tech industry since 2013. Dustin started at Extreme Networks as a Software QA Engineer, where they conducted software testing lifecycles, gathered and analyzed user requirements, and tested applications to identify opportunities for technical improvements. In 2016, they moved to Symbotic as a Technical Support Engineer. In 2017, they joined MineralTree, Inc. as a Support Engineer, and later became a T2 Support Engineer and T3 Support Engineer, where they used SQL, Linux, and Jira to resolve and analyze the most difficult technical issues, analyzed API SOAP logs, XML, and JSON to identify bugs and mis-configurations, and created/used Python scripts to automate routine tasks. In 2022, they joined Evident as a Lead Technical Support Engineer.

Dustin Carroll attended the University of New Hampshire, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and Economics.
