Per Dillner

Per Dillner is a seasoned management consultant currently serving as a Senior Management Consultant at Evidente since August 2023. With extensive experience at Ericsson from January 2014 to September 2023 as a Strategic Program Manager, Per directed the "Digitalized Flow" program, focusing on the digitalization and automation of 4G and 5G network deployments. Previous roles include Operations Delivery Manager for the EMEA South region and various management positions at Ericsson AB Sweden, where responsibilities spanned program and resource management. Early career experience includes project management for embedded systems at Aros Electronics and customer project management at EHPT. Per holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, earned between 1983 and 1987.
