Ulf Gmoser

Ulf Gmoser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and process development within the technology and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Management Consultant at Evidente since February 2021, Ulf focuses on analyzing and implementing operational changes in global R&D environments. Previously, Ulf held positions at Volvo Group Trucks Technology as a Global Business Process Developer and at Conmore Ingenjörsbyrå AB as a Consultant in business development and Agile transformation for embedded systems. Prior to these roles, Ulf spent 17 years at Ericsson AB in various managerial capacities, including Program Manager and R&D Manager, driving lean and agile product development across multiple teams and coordinating global product deployment. Ulf began the career at Franghem Elektronik AB, working as a consultant in electronic design and development.
