Lucy Flaherty

Lucy Flaherty is the People and Operations Director at eviFile Ltd, a role they began in 2023. Prior to this, they held various positions at KPMG, including Performance Leader from 2018 to 2023 and Head of Project Operations from 2006 to 2016, where they managed key global accounts and led operational teams. Lucy started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at ATA Selection in 2001 and progressed through roles at Nunwood, culminating as Project Manager from 2002 to 2006, where they expanded the operations team significantly. Lucy earned a BA in Management Studies from Leeds University between 1997 and 2000.
