Marit Moene

Marit Moene is an experienced HR manager with a solid background in the energy industry. They held the position of Personalsjef at Sunnfjord Energi from 2002 to 2020, where they were responsible for all HR processes and internal communications. After a brief tenure as a Senior HR Advisor at BKK, Marit now serves as the Union Relation Manager at Eviny, focusing on labor relations and HR processes during organizational changes. They hold a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from BI Norwegian Business School and have studied various aspects of psychology and education throughout their academic journey.
