Ziad Dwedar

Ziad Dwedar is an Implementation & Technical Support Senior at eVision. Prior to joining eVision, Ziad worked as a Test Quality Engineer at Nabda Care from September 2008 to April 2011. In their role as Test Quality Engineer, Ziad was responsible for scheduling tasks between team members, providing daily status reports to the test manager, reviewing business requirements and IT design documents, and implementing developed test plans specific for software. Ziad was also responsible for designing test plans and test cases for test plans, keeping track of standards set by software testing authorities, reporting defects and problems that occurred during the test process, and using a tracking system to track reported problems with software. Additionally, Ziad applied the CMMI Model in their role at Nabda Care.

Ziad Dwedar's educational career includes completing a Project Management Professional Course at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, an Agile Project Management Program at the University of Maryland, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Ain Shams University, and High School at Yehia El Rafie.

They work with Khalid Kamal - Senior Implementation & Technical support Engineer, Omar Ibrahim - Implementation & Technical Support Senior, and Yusr Sadat - Implementation & Technical Support Junior. Their manager is Amr Shaaban, Implementation & Technical Support Manager.
