Daniel Richardson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Daniel started their career in the United States Marine Corps, serving as a Multi-Channel Tropospheric Operator from November 2008 to November 2012. Following their military service, they worked as a Telemetry Technician and Clerical Coordinator at Hoag Hospital from August 2013 to September 2016.
In 2019, Daniel joined Kaiser Permanente as a Web Applications Intern for a period of three months. Daniel then transitioned to Evisions, where they held multiple roles. Daniel initially worked as a Software Support Analyst Trainee from December 2019 to August 2020, gaining expertise in providing technical support and troubleshooting software issues for clients.
Following this, Daniel took on the role of a Software Support Analyst I at Evisions from August 2020 to January 2022. During this time, they continued to assist clients with software issues, database connectivity, and SQL queries. Daniel also contributed to the enhancement and bug-fixing process using Jira and performed UAT testing of new releases. Additionally, they created knowledge base articles, "How-To" videos, and conducted live webinars to improve client understanding and usage of the software.
Most recently, Daniel has been working at Evisions as a Software Test Engineer I since January 2022.
Daniel Richardson pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Software Development at Western Governors University from 2017 to 2019. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications including Advanced HTML5 & CSS3 Specialist, User Interface Design, Site Development Associate from CIWcertified in August 2018, December 2017, and August 2018 respectively. Daniel also earned CompTIA certifications which include CompTIA Project+ in September 2019, A+ in August 2017, and Network+ in June 2017.
