RJ Gomez has held various roles in the technology industry since 2002. From 2002 to 2004, they were an Independent Consultant and a Desktop Support at ICAT Managers LLC. From 2004 to 2006, they were a Systems Analyst, Desktop Services Supervisor, and a Data Systems Administrator at Denver Health. From 2006 to 2012, they were an Integration Analyst, Integration Manager, and Director of Development at CORHIO. From 2012 to 2015, they were the Senior Director of Technology at Skywriter MD. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Senior Integration Engineer, Senior Integration Architect, and Solutions Architect at WebPT. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Solutions Architect at AbsenceSoft. Since 2021, they have been a Solutions Architect and Director of Solutions Architecture at eVisit.

RJ Gomez has attended the University of Northern Colorado and ITT Technical Institute. RJ has also obtained certifications from NextGen Healthcare, QSI | Mirth, and the Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC). These certifications include the Mirth Connect Advanced Certification (obtained in December 2017), the Mirth Connect Basic Certification (obtained in December 2016), and the Certified Leave Management Specialist.
