James Moshi

James Moshi has over 20 years of work experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry. James currently works as a Corporate Microbiologist at Evive Biotech, where they ensure compliance with microbiology programs and provides subject matter expertise to various sites. Prior to that, they worked at AstraZeneca in various roles, including Senior Engineer Quality Assurance Validation, Senior Scientist Quality Control, Senior Manager Quality Control, Quality Control Scientist II, and Quality Control Senior Supervisor. In these positions, James managed the QC microbiology department, oversaw microbiological assays, conducted investigations, managed implementation of QC systems, represented QC at audits, supervised staff, and developed individuals and department performance. James also has experience in monitoring aseptic operations, performing microbiological assays, conducting environmental monitoring, investigating OOS results, and maintaining lab equipment.

James Moshi obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) in 2000. James then pursued further education and completed their Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from both UMBC and the University of Baltimore (UB) from 2001 to 2004.
