Karol Dabrowski has a diverse work experience. Karol started their career as a Technical Engineer at PHU BuliNet in 2011. Karol then worked as a Volunteers Coordinator at Habitat for Humanity Poland from 2009 to 2011. Karol also worked as an Agile Product Manager Support at a project management company from 2011 to 2013. Karol gained IT consulting experience as an IT Consultant and Product Owner from 2013 to 2015. Karol served as a Shift Supervisor at The Gaelic Bar from 2013 to 2015 as well. In 2016, they became the Head of Product and Business Engagement, responsible for gathering requirements and managing the development of new features. Karol later transitioned to the role of Head of Product Management at EviView Limited from 2016 to 2018. Karol then became the Chief Operating Officer at EviView Limited in 2018, where they played a crucial role in implementing business strategies and overseeing daily operations. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Executive Officer at EviView Limited, where they lead and manages the company towards its growth and success. Karol is also a Steering Committee Member at the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technology Centre since 2019.
Karol Dabrowski obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Electronics and Telecommunications, specializing in Biomedical Engineering, from the Technical University of Gdansk from 2005 to 2011. Additionally, they received another Master of Science (MSc) degree in Management, specializing in Finance and Banking, from the same university between 2009 and 2012. Karol has obtained several certifications, including "Emerging Leader Foundations," "Leadership: Practical Skills," "Leading Effectively," "The Future of Work: The Necessary Skills of Your Future Workforce," "Transitioning from Manager to Leader," "Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues," "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences," and "Agile Foundations."
