EVMS Partners is an accountancy firm that provides specialist advice and comprehensive compliance services to clients in the financial services sector and to other small and medium-sized businesses in the UK.

Our highly experienced team is based in London and is led by a partner group who have spent over fifteen years working together in audit, taxation, accounting and financial compliance.

We have a level of knowledge in the financial affairs of FCA-regulated businesses that is unique in a firm of our size. We have a particular focus on hedge fund and private equity fund managers, UK-based venture capital funds and the reporting fund regime.

Outside of the FCA-regulated world, our partners have a diversity of experience in the SME market, particularly the tech, restaurant and property sectors. We have worked with many private equity backed firms, helping to ensure that all financial and tax matters are kept “exit-ready” throughout the investment period.

We always enjoy working with start-ups, who we can guide through initial structuring, establishment, authorisation and growth in their early years, sharing the benefit of our experience of working with dozens of similar businesses. We also have the depth of knowledge to advise large and established businesses on their complex financial affairs.
