Tom Rose is currently the Product Owner at Evnex. Prior to this, they held the position of Product / Solution Owner at Dynamic Controls from May 2017 to May 2021. Tom was also a Senior Software Engineer at Dynamic Controls from January 2011 to December 2017, and an Embedded Firmware Engineer at QTech Data Systems Limited from January 2006 to December 2011.
Tom has experience in developing powered wheelchair configuration software on both iOS and PC platforms, and has provided training and technical assistance to sales teams in the past. Tom is also skilled in agile development practices within a regulated medical software environment. In addition, they have mentored summer students and junior software engineers.
Currently, Tom's personal responsibility is for the range of Informatics solutions being rolled out across a number of our product platforms, with an eventual view to developing a full-day patient monitoring system for clinical use.
Tom Rose has a Diploma in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Arts in Natural Sciences (Physics) from the University of Cambridge.
Tom Rose reports to Ed Harvey, CEO. They are on a team with Bart Wenmeckers - Senior Electronics Hardware Engineer, Ashley Duncan - Lead Embedded Systems Engineer, and Simon Harvey - Operations Manager.
