Jay Kownacki

Jay Kownacki is the head of education at evo hair, bringing over 17 years of expertise in global education implementation and product development to the role. With a rich background as a second-generation hair industry educator, Jay has specialized in color and has educated in over 20 countries, covering various aspects of the hair industry, including distributor launches and creative shows. Over the past decade, Jay developed a comprehensive education curriculum that has been implemented globally by a team of more than 150 educators. Collectively with a creative team, Jay oversees annual training sessions to enhance skills and mentor educators across multiple regions. Jay is also a co-creator of several innovative product lines, including permanent and demi-permanent color offerings and lightening portfolios.
