Evo Consulting helps small business owners do more with what they have so they can get back to why they started in the first place.

We started EVO because we spent 20 years watching the same thing happen: small businesses get sold expensive tools that overpromise and underdeliver, or cheap alternatives that don't do anything at all. Meanwhile, the consultants charge a fortune to hand you a report and wish you luck.

We're not that.

EVO is a small business built to serve small businesses. We run lean and efficient — just like the people we work with. We don't tell you what's broken. We hand you something that works.

Our services:

Tax Mitigation — Your CPA focuses on compliance. We focus on optimization. You can have both. Our AI-driven analysis finds IRS-compliant strategies that could save you up to 20% annually and it's free to explore. If you're making good money and writing big checks to the IRS, you owe it to yourself to find out what you're missing.

Contract Sales — Senior B2B sales execution without the payroll risk. Commission-only. No long-term commitment. You get a proven closer with 20+ years of experience across capital equipment, medical, and professional services — without the overhead of a full-time hire.

Recruiting — Your extended hiring team. We dig deeper than job boards and resumes to surface candidates who actually move the needle across any industry and any role.

We believe small businesses are the backbone of every community. We believe the people running them deserve tools and partners that actually deliver. And we believe results matter more than promises.

If that sounds like what you've been looking for, let's talk.
